Die multimediale Reportage und die Podcast-Folge überzeugten die Jury gleichermassen, so dass der Prix Média für Wissenschaftsjournalismus dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal in Folge zwei Mal vergeben wurde. Den Prix Média Newcomer gewinnt ein Dokumentarfilm über Fischfossilien im Libanon.
