MINT-Label für Schweizer Gymnasien
Die Akademie der Naturwissenschaften Schweiz (SCNAT) verleiht zwölf weiteren Schweizer Kantonsschulen und Gymnasien das Label «MINT-aktives Gymnasium». Das Label zeichnet Schulen aus, die sich in ihrem Unterricht besonders für die MINT-Fächer (Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften und Technik) einsetzen. Insgesamt haben sich fünfzehn Gymnasien für die Auszeichnung beworben. «Bereits dreissig Schweizer Gymnasien tragen nun unser Label», sagt Jury-Präsident Hansruedi Müller von der Kommission für Nachwuchsförderung der SCNAT. «Das sind mehr als zehn Prozent aller Kantonsschulen und Gymnasien.»

Swiss Health Care Atlas: Understanding regional differences and improving quality
In Switzerland, the use of healthcare services is not uniform across the country, as illustrated by the Swiss Health Care Atlas. This digital map highlights many regional differences that require closer examination. Significant differences may indicate, for example, overuse or under-provision of care. The SAMS has supported a dialogue project that uses the «treasure trove» of the Swiss Health Care Atlas to gain insights into the quality of healthcare and derive measures.

Il campo svizzero TecLadies ispira 24 ragazze a Martigny
Lo Swiss TecLadies Camp 2025 si è svolto dal 20 al 24 ottobre a Martigny e ha riunito 24 ragazze tra i 12 e i 15 anni provenienti da tutta la Svizzera francese per una settimana di scoperte scientifiche. Organizzato dalla SATW in collaborazione con Objectif Sciences International (OSI) e con il sostegno della Fondazione Hasler, il programma mirava a risvegliare le vocazioni nei campi della scienza e dell'informatica e a rafforzare la fiducia delle partecipanti nelle loro capacità.Swiss Academy of Engineering Sciences SATW

Il fascino della tecnologia: il TecDay apre nuove prospettive alla Scuola per adulti di Argovia Matura
In occasione del TecDay presso la Scuola per adulti Matura di Argovia, circa 220 studenti hanno sperimentato da vicino la tecnologia e la scienza. Nel corso di moduli interattivi, si sono immersi nei temi del futuro e hanno scoperto quanto possano essere eccitanti e versatili le materie STEM.
